Restore Your Balance from within
FIVE ELEMENT ACUPUNCTURE
is a gentle, holistic approach that treats you as a whole person, not just a collection of symptoms
Whether you're navigating stress, hormonal changes, fertility, emotional wellbeing, pain, grief, sleep or simply feeling out of balance, every treatment is tailored to support your individual needs and help you feel more like yourself again.
When did not feeling quite right become your normal?
Often, it happens gradually
You're not sleeping as well. Your energy isn't what it was. You feel more emotional, more overwhelmed or find it harder to switch off. You keep going, because that's what you do, but somewhere along the way you've stopped feeling quite like yourself.
Acupuncture gives you the space to slow down and support your body rather than simply pushing through how you're feeling.
Many of my patients tell me that, over time, they begin to notice changes beyond the reason they originally came to see me
- feeling calmer, sleeping more deeply, having more energy and, perhaps most importantly, beginning to feel like themselves again.
How long have you been pushing through and telling yourself you’re fine?
Maybe you've been trying to look after yourself in all the ways you know how.
You've tried going to bed earlier, eating better, exercising more, taking supplements, cutting back on caffeine or alcohol, or simply promising yourself you'll slow down when life gets a little less busy.
But you're still not feeling like yourself
Sometimes, it's not about trying harder or adding another thing to your list. Sometimes your body just needs a little help to find its balance again.

Acupuncture needles are extremely fine and most people are surprised by how gentle treatment feels. You may notice different sensations during treatment, but I'll always explain what I'm doing and make sure you feel comfortable throughout.
-
Everyone is different, so there isn't a set number of treatments. How often you come and how many appointments you may need will depend on what has brought you to acupuncture and how you respond to treatment. We can discuss this together as your treatment progresses.
-
Wear something comfortable and loose-fitting where possible. Depending on your treatment, I may need access to different acupuncture points on your body, but your comfort and privacy will always be considered.
-
Possibly. Some UK private health insurers and healthcare cash plans provide full or partial reimbursement for acupuncture treatment.
If you have private healthcare cover, it's worth checking directly with your provider to see whether acupuncture is included in your individual policy.
You can also find up-to-date information about private healthcare providers on the British Acupuncture Council website.
